Symon possesses over two decades of expertise in healthcare development, business development, strategy and operations. He has held various positions at United Surgical Partners, ultimately serving as the Chief Strategy Officer for their largest market, with an EBITDA exceeding $400M. Subsequently, Symon became the Senior Vice President of Development at Regent Surgical Partners, where he led M&A initiatives, focusing primarily on the company's most substantial health system partner. He earned his degree from the McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.

Jason brings extensive experience in healthcare finance, management, development and legal. He was instrumental in growing United Surgical Partners International from 44 facilities and $30M EBITDA to ~$800M EBITDA and almost 400 facilities. During his tenure, he executed $3B in M&A and managed an organization of approximately 500 people including traditional finance functions, IT, business intelligence, managed care and revenue cycle, and supply chain. He began his career in Corporate Finance for Vinson & Elkins from 1999 to 2003.

Matt has over 28 years of healthcare experience working closely with physicians, short-stay surgical facilities, and hospital systems. Matt was a Senior Vice President at United Surgical Partners (USPI). He was with USPI for over two decades where he helped build them into an industry leader. He more recently served as COO for three years with a national anesthesia platform. He started in healthcare with HCA Healthcare’s Ambulatory Surgery Division where he spent three years. He also served six years on the national ASC Association board between 2009-2015. Matt received his B.B.A. from Texas A&M University Mays Business School.
